Laws and ethics part 2 reading

Please read this article concerning Edward Snowden and civil disobedience.  Come to class on next Tuesday, February 16, prepared to discuss it in the context of our other readings on laws and ethics.

    This reading assignment required an account to access, do you have a version that can be accessed without using an account on a service?

    I've rechecked the link, and now the PDF should be accessible without any special account or service.

      Or do you mean that the article originally required an account to access? Yes, I am aware of that. We don't have access to this particular journal through BHCC, but I obtained this file directly from the author, who gave me permission to share it with my students in this course.
